Articulate 360 - Publishing to Canvas LMS
Storyline 360
1. Customize your Storyline 360 file

Open Home and select Player
-
Edit Features
-
Choose which player tabs you want to appear in sidebar
-
Any Escape or Exit buttons need to be manually created
-

Select Title box to edit and show the title of the program
-
Choose which side you want the sidebar to appear
-
Under Player Controls, check the box beside the controls you want participants to have access to:
-
Play/Pause
-
Volume
-
Captions (Select ONLY if you have captions setup on each slide. This is a manual process)

Accessibility Controls
-
Full-screen
-
Seekbar > allow drag after completion
(Selections are dependent on Player Style)

Select a Player Style
-
Choose modern or classic
-
-
Set Controls to ON
-
Under Colors & Effects, modify to your preference
-
On the Other tab, select the following options:

Browser Settings
-
Select box Launch player in new window (creates launch page)
Select box allow learners to resize browser

Connectivity Alert
-
Prompt to resume
-
-
Select OK to save changes
2. Export your file and import to Canvas
-
Open Home and select Publish and LMS/LRS
-
Reporting and Tracking
-
Check the Report to an LMS box
-
Choose SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004
-
-
Select Publish
-
Your file will download as an exported .zip file
-
Upload the file to Canvas.
Rise 360
-
Select Publish > LMS, and then choose SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004
-
Choose your Tracking preference:

Course completion
-
Quiz result
-
-
Choose reporting expression
-
Turn on Exit Course Link
-
Select Publish
-
Your file will download as an exported .zip file
-
Upload the file to Canvas
