Calculating final grades can be tricky, but here are a few instructions that might help.
The final grading period for the Spring 2012 term runs from May 11-25. So beginning May 11, instructors can begin exporting their Learn@UW grades to import into My UW-Madison Faculty Center.
- For classes with less than 30 students, we recommend manually entering grades in the Faculty Center.

- Please be aware that by default, Learn@UW will send the Final Adjusted Grades. If you would like to send Final Calculated Grades instead, the instructions will guide you through that process.

Questions? Please contact the DoIT Help Desk.
The Help Desk will forward advanced Learn@UW Gradebook issues to the Learn@UW Support Team. However, please be aware that the Learn@UW Support Team will be available to help during business hours only (8 AM-4 PM), so if you're using Learn@UW for final grading it's a good idea to start submitting your grades sooner rather than later.
Best wishes for a smooth final grading period!
