Final Grading in Learn@UW

Final Grading webinar and more information for grading with the eGrade Submission process.
We're approaching that time in the semester when final grading preparation may appear on your to-do list. Here is some useful information for final grading and additional information to prepare for next semester:

If you calculate final grades within the Learn@UW gradebook, you can send them to ISIS (Faculty Center) for final approval between Dec 14th and 28th. This process is intended for large courses (greater than 30).

Note: Since grades within Learn@UW are not considered official, you may not wish to release a final grade on your Learn@UW course site. Students can find official grades in the Student Center.
Final scores can be calculated in Learn@UW, however, you must submit official grades to the registrar through ISIS (Faculty Center).

Tune in to walk through the steps for exporting grades from Learn@UW through the eGrade submission process. We will cover creating a grade scheme, applying it to final grades, adjusting grades, and exporting to the Faculty Center.

Note: This session focuses on the steps required within Learn@UW; it does not cover the grade submission process inside the Faculty Center, which sends grades to the registrar. Learn@UW eGrading is not recommended for classes smaller than 30 students.

If you would like assistance with your Learn@UW gradebook, please contact one of the following groups. Scheduling an appointment may be required with any group other than the Help Desk. Please keep in mind that available time with support staff fills up quickly at the end of the semester and support staff will have limited availability around the holidays.
