| Accrual Details | Lists all subjects accrued to the protocol and their corresponding key information. MRN: Populates from the Subject Console > Demographics > MRN. Last Name, First Name or Initials: Populates from the Subject Console > Demographics >Last Name/First Name. Note: There are 3 levels of subject identification privileges for access to subject MRN, name, or initials. Full Subject Identification: Access to MRN and subject name. Subject Initials Identification: Access to subject initials only. No Subject Identification: No access to subject MRN, name, or initials. Arm: Populates from the arms entered in the PC Console >Treatment > Arm Code. Level: Populates from the levels entered in the PC Console >Treatment tab > Arm > Level Code. Study Site: Populates from the Subject Console > On Study > Study Site. Sequence No.: Populates from the Subject Console > On Study > Sequence No. Consent Signed Date: Populates from the Subject Console > Consent > Consent Signed Date. On Study Date: Populates from the Subject Console > On Study > On Study Date. On Treatment: Populates from the Subject Console > Treatment > On Treatment Date.
