Purpose
- This is a document template for the attestation of responsibilities toward the security, privacy and integrity of the SMPH research environment, Platform X. This attestation document states the responsibilities of the principal investigator, and all members of their project team, receiving access to systems and data in the SMPH secured research environment, Platform X (Px).This document will be sent by the Platform X team to the principal investigator and all members of the research team who will use Platform X to sign before the principal investigator or members of the project team start using Platform X resources for research. Signed copies of this document will be stored by the office of the SMPH Honest Broker.
