OnCore: How do I obtain access to OnCore?
To obtain access to OnCore, you must complete training on one or more roles in the system and provide confirmation of HIPAA training certification.
To begin this process, please fill out our access request form at https://redcap.ictr.wisc.edu/surveys/?s=DWJFCLFHYL8PKJRT.
We strongly recommend having a supervisor or someone very familiar with the OnCore tasks/roles complete the form on behalf of the new user.
Note: This link will allow you to request an account for multiple systems at one time, rather than completing individual forms. Access can be requested for OnCore, REDCap, Florence eBinders, Participant Payments and SMPH DocuSign at this time.
System administrators will contact your supervisor as needed to confirm approval for system access. You will be contacted to complete training sessions.
For users changing roles: You should submit a fresh access request using the full access request form. It should be filled out as if you are a new person starting at UW to ensure that you are given the correct access for your new role and so that we can have supervisor approval recorded for that access.
