Oncology: Required Enter 'Yes' when a protocol is OAO (regardless if the UW has regulatory oversight or not), otherwise this field defaults to 'No'. Marking this field 'Yes' is required for studies that are open to affiliates only. Note: OAO studies opened at sites within the UW CTRP family are included in the NCI Data Table 4 report. Non-oncology: Not required Generally always 'No' for protocols conducted at UW-Madison. |
