Changes to Research Applications Support Portals

The Research Applications Support Portal in SMPH Navigator has changed to allow notification emails to contain Summary, Description, and Comments information from the request.

What does this mean?

The current Research Applications Support Portal no longer allows entry of PHI.

Instead, there is a new separate support portal where PHI is allowed. It must be used for all Advarra Participant Payments requests, and for OnCore and eBinders requests that include PHI. The request notification emails for this new support portal will not contain request details.

When did these changes occur?

The new support portal where PHI is allowed is available as of Friday, June 26th at 9:00am. The existing Research Applications Support Portal no longer allows PHI.
