| Reconsent Required? | This box is checked when subjects are required to sign a new consent. For re-consenting of all subjects, check the box. To further define which subjects need to be re-consented, check >> and select the applicable options. | Recommended Note: Once this box is checked, all the applicable subjects listed in the CRA Console > Accrued tab receive an “RR” after their name. This notifies the CRA that a re-consent is needed for the subject. Once a consent date for the new consent has been submitted in OnCore the “RR” disappears. In the event that a particular subject does not require a re-consent, the “RR” can be manually removed by clicking the RR hyperlink in the Subject Console > Consent tab and checking the “not applicable” box. |
