Calabrio ONE: Download recorded calls

How to find download calls.
  1. Log into Calabrio ONE
  2. Before downloading a recording for the first time, please make sure that you have your notifications properly set up. If you do not have Recording Export in your notifications setting, you will be unable to download files. Calabrio ONE: Change default notification settings
  3. Navigate to the Recording Tab on the top navigation bar
  4. Your team's recording should appear
  5. To find a specific recording, you may use the filter on the left.
  6. Check the box(es) of the recording(s) you want to download
  7. Once a call is selected, you will see 5 icons in the top left of the screen.

  8. The first icon, a downward arrow, is the download button. Click that.
  9. Choose either WAV or Opus format and click Export.
  10. The system will then prepare your export.
  11. When the export is ready, you will see a number on the bell icon in the upper left corner. You may have to refresh your browser to see it.

  12. Click the text of the alert
  13. You will then get an Alert Notification. Click the word here to download the file. If you do not download the file within 24 hours, you will need to export it again.

  14. The downloaded audio file with be in the folder determined by your browser.
