How to listen to your voicemail message in the Voicemail portal
You must be first logged into the portal. See Cisco VoIP - Voicemail Portal Sign in and Overview
Message Playback through the Browser
Messages can be listened to in a supported browser:- Firefox (Windows and MacOS)
- Chrome (Windows and MacOS)
- Microsoft Edge (Windows only)
1. Select the message to be hear.
2. Press the play button 
Message Playback through the Phone
1. Select the message.
2. Select the phone option in the bottom right corner of the Web Inbox.
3. Input your phone number.
4. Press the play button in the message.
