WiscIT - Recording a Finalist's Response in a Recruitment

This document details how to record whether a finalist for a recruitment has accepted or declined an offer.

  1. Log into WiscIT. See WiscIT - How to Log into WiscIT.

  2. Open the HR - Manager's Dashboard using this link for the web client or WiscIT - Accessing Recruitment Dashboards for the desktop client.

  3. Locate the finalist in question under the "My Finalists" section of the dashboard. Double click to open the finalist.

  4. Use the OFFER ACCEPTED or OFFER DECLINED button to record the response of the finalist.
