Searches are used within WiscIT to find previous Incidents, Problems, Change Requests, and other business objects. Searches can use a variety of fields that are contained within a business object, and also will dynamically pull information dynamically from the current user.

There are a variety of searches that already exist and can be used to locate business objects.

Creating Searches

Searches can be configured that show a list of business objects. If you ever need assistance finding data, feel free to email the WiscIT Admins at wiscit@doit.wisc.edu.

Search Results

Once a set of Search Results are generated, the data can be manipulated to make viewing easier.
