Faculty, staff, students, state and community organizations came together to commemorate Disability Mentoring Day at UW-Madison.

KEYNOTE ADDRESS—Technology, Disabilities, & Mentoring

Jay Martin, Professor Mechanical Engineering, Recipient of The James G. Woodburn Award for Excellence in Teaching

Jay is an active member of the UW-Madison Teaching Academy, and is Director of UW-CREATe (Center for Rehabilitation Engineering andAssistive Technology). The goal of CREATe is goal is to build and grow an organization that is aimed at making a difference through engineering research, design, and education.
