The Issue

When navigating to dashboard, any grids on the dashboard will sorts the results by the public ID of the object instead of the default field or a field the user has specified. This essentially results in objects being sorted by created date time.

Workaround(s)

After loading a dashboard, click on a column header to sort the results as desired.

The vendor acknowledges this as a known issue with no fix in any currently available version of Cherwell. We will continue to evaluate newly released versions of Cherwell to check if the a fix is available.
