Approval and Hire Process
Approvals will be collected via email and in Workday. Unit director/leadership designee and departmental HR contact (if applicable) should be cc’d on the email with offer information. Division for Teaching Learning (DTL), please also cc the DTL Finance contact.
Once approved and the hire is processed, the student will receive tasks in Workday to complete their onboarding. As a reminder, processing time is dependent on timely response by the student to CBC initiation (if applicable). ASU will send you an email notification and will update the applicant's status to "HR Processing Complete" once the student has been cleared to start work.
