How to download a PDF file for a single application
Download the application to PDF from the Reader
You can download a PDF of the application while reviewing it in the Reader.
- Select the applicant's name in the top left corner of the reader to reveal a drop down panel (see screenshot below)
- In the panel that is revealed, select the Download PDF link (see screenshot below), which will download a copy of the application as shown in the reader
Download parts of the application in the Application Tab
If you are only interested in downloading certain parts of the application, you can download the application from the Application Tab in the Person Record.
- On the Application Tab of the Person Record, selecting the Download PDF link
- In the small window that opens, insert the parts of the application you would like to download as a PDF file, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Select the Download button in the bottom left of the window.
