Microsoft 365 - Setup/configure Outlook on mobile device or desktop computer

The following document explains how to configure Outlook client on a variety of devices:

Important:

  • If you prefer to access your email and calendar using your web browser, go to Outlook on the web. No setup is required.
  • If you do not have Outlook/Office suite installed on your computer, follow steps outlined at 43841 to install Outlook/Office suite.
  • If you will be interacting with a service account, review 39838 before proceeding.
  • If you are still trying to choose a client for Office 365, you may want to review 30350 article.


Configure your mobile device or tablet

Select your device from the list:

  • iOS (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch)

    Note: Only Microsoft clients are fully supported. If you want to configure the native mail/calendar applications on your iOS device, use these instructions.

  • Android

    Android

    Note: Only Microsoft clients are fully supported. If you want to configure the native mail/calendar applications on your Android device, use these instructions.

If your device is not listed above, it is not officially supported. However, you can try these server and account configuration settings.
