The website is a one-stop shop for prospective students to explore PDC programs, learn about UW–Madison, find upcoming events, connect with an enrollment coach, and much more. Every program in the PDC portfolio gets a dedicated page on the Professional Degrees &  Certificates website, which is called a PDC Program Page. PDC Program Pages are templated for consistency across the diverse portfolio of programs. Each page includes high-level details about a program, including special attributes of a program, deadlines, admissions information, and a request for information (RFI) form.

Page Development Process

When a new PDC Program nears final approval in the governance process, the PDC team starts preparing a PDC Program Page for adding to the site. IMC copywriters draft content for the page using the details provided by the program, Lumen, Guide, and other sources. Then the content is shared with the program for additional edits. After everyone agrees and the program has made it through governance, the page is added to the PDC website. Pages are sunset if a program is discontinued.
