Platform R: Getting Help
The SMPH Navigator Portal
The main way to request support is through the Platform R Navigator Portal.
Drop-in Office Hours
The Platform R support team holds weekly virtual office hours by Zoom. Come with specific questions or examples of workflows that are not working as you expect.
If your question or problem is too complex to address in the drop-in session, we will ask you to create a ticket in the Platform R Navigator Portal describing your problem.
The hours alternate weekly, Wednesdays 10-11am one week, Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm the next. The current upcoming schedule is:
- Wednesday, January 7th, 10-11am
- Thursday, January 15th, 1:30-2:30pm
- Wednesday, January 21st, 10-11am
- Thursday, January 29th, 1:30-2:30pm
- Wednesday, February 4th, 10-11am
- Thursday, February 12th, 1:30-2:30pm
- Wednesday, February 18th, 10-11am
- Thursday, February 26th, 1:30-2:30pm
The Zoom link is: Platform R Office Hours. You must log into Zoom using your UW Madison NetID to connect to the office hours.
