| Principal Sponsor | The Principal Sponsor will appear in the header of some OnCore reports and in the main header of the PC Console. | Required Sponsor(s): Enter all the applicable sponsors participating in the study e.g., funding source, intellectual sponsor, coordinating center, or other sponsoring center in the case of a multi-site study. Principal Sponsor: Designate the principal sponsor as the entity that is the primary funding sponsor. Note: Only one sponsor can be checked as principal. If there is only one sponsor, that must be checked principal as well. |
