Biological Sex Biological sex of the subject.

Required if permitted by the IRB.
Populates from Health Link when using the Find functionality. Enter 'Unknown' if biological sex data is unavailable or cannot be captured per the consent document(s). Otherwise, enter 'Female' or 'Male'. The other terms available ('Undifferentiated' and 'Unspecified') are not currently being used.
