Eligible: The subject has met all eligibility criteria to be enrolled in the study Not Eligible: The subject has not met all the eligibility criteria to be enrolled on study (Screen Failure). Eligible (O): The subject has been found ineligible but the ineligibility criteria has been overridden. UWICTR does not recommend using (O) and would need documentation of a protocol deviation. |
