UW Accessible parking permits
Valid dates
Annual UW accessible permits, including accessible Flex and moped permits, are valid September 1 through August 31.
Temporary UW Accessible permits, including temporary accessible moped permits, are valid for two months with a physician's note or for the length of time equivalent to a temporary disabled parking permit issued by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Valid parking locations and hours
UW accessible, Flex accessible, and temporary accessible permits are valid from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., Monday through Sunday in UW Disabled stalls, Wi-DOT stalls, unreserved permit stalls, and ParkMobile stalls with a time limit of 30 minutes or more in parking lots across the UW-Madison campus.

Accessible moped and temporary accessible moped permits are valid in moped parking stalls across campus.

Exceptions
Vehicles may not be stored (parked) in a parking facility without exiting for more than 72 hours without authorization by UW Transportation Services.
Permits are not valid when a lot closed for construction. Permit holders receive notification and relocation options when a lot is closed.
