Specialty Pharmacy PGY-2 Residency
This program will develop experts in the business, operational, and clinical components of health system specialty pharmacies. Residents completing this program will have the knowledge and resources to oversee and lead all aspects of a health system specialty pharmacy, including complex disease state management, business strategies, specialty pharmacy marketplace analyses, pharmacy operations, and budgeting/finance. Additionally, as a specialty pharmacy that is triple accredited, the resident will be required to understand and oversee compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards.

This is a highly specialized residency program focused on the development of specialty pharmacy practice and patient care. We provide future leaders the opportunities to explore different aspects of specialty pharmacy including operations, patient management, informatics support, 340b/fiscal responsibility, and the maintenance of specialty accreditations.
