Auto matriculation begins

One week prior to the date enrollment begins

Enrollment starts

Set by Registrar's Office - 10 weeks prior to the first day of classes

Last day to recommend international applicants

11 weeks prior to the first day of classes; usually a Monday1

(this is 3 weeks prior ISS deadline to accept new I-20 applications)

ISS stops accepting new I-20 applications for students outside the country

60 days before the first day of classes

Application turned off (no new applications can be submitted)

3 weeks before classes begin; usually a Friday2

ISS stops accepting applications for transfer I-20s

15 days before the first day of classes

Last to recommend domestic applicants

2 weeks before begin classes; usually a Friday

Auto matriculation ends

First day of the following SIS term

Backdating and manual matriculation begins
