Internal KB (iKB)

Enabling the iKB checkbox grants a user full access to the group's internal knowledge base (KB) site. Checking the iKB and Active boxes makes a user a fully authorized user to view the site. Users with only Active and iKB checked cannot access the group's KB Admin Tools.
