Articles API

A service that provides programmatic access to KnowledgeBase (KB) document content and metadata. The Articles API allows external applications, websites, and scripts to retrieve specific KB document elements, such as titles, summaries, body content, keywords, and other document fields, and display them outside of the KB interface.
