Jack Temple directs the academic health-system pharmacy enterprise. He has served as Chair of the Vizient Medication Use and Information Technology Committee and Chair of the Vizient Pharmacy Business Council. Jack is a member of the Vizient-Pharmacy Executive Committee, ASHP Pharmacy Business Management Section, ASHP Financial Management and Reimbursement Section, Vizient Purchasing and Monitoring Committee, ASHP Leadership and Career Development Subcommittee for the ASHP New Practitioners Forum, and PSW. He has authored three book chapters on the use of automation and technology to improve dispensing efficiency and safe medication use. His research interests include use of automation and technology for dispensing operations, pharmacy businsess practices, and leadership.

Susan Johnston, PharmD

Susan Johnston directs pharmacy services for the Pharmaceutical Research Center, nuclear pharmacy, and oncology service line. She serves on the Clinical Research Committee, Data Safety and Monitoring Committee, FDA Regulated Research Compliance Program Operations Committee, Carbone Cancer Center Senior Leaders Committee, and Health Sciences Institutional Review Boards. Susan also supports the Research Safety Committee, Clinical Research Unit, Protocol Implementation Review Committee, and Clinical Research Leadership Committee. She is member of Vizient's Pharmacy Council Research Committee. Her current projects include investigational drug software implementation, nuclear pharmacy footprint evaluation, theranostics clinic development, and benchmarking pharmacy clinical trial effort across the UW Health continuum of care. Her research interests include clinical research billing compliance, ethics in clinical research and human subjects protection, oncology practice, and leadership development.

Brad Ludwig directs management and oversight of pharmacy services for the Joint Operating Agreement between UW Health and UnityPoint Meriter and operations and systems for a newly opened offsite compounding and distribution facility. He is a member of ASHP and PSW. His research interests include operations management and optimization, pharmacy automation and technology, compounding practices, technician advancement, financial management and pharmacy leadership.

Erick Sokn directs clinical pharmacist practice at UW Health University Hospital and the Drug Policy Program for UW Health. He is a member of ASHP and Vizient, serving on several advisory groups supporting pharmacy practice advancement and leadership development. Erick's career interests include pharmacy leadership, clinical practice advancement, drug policy and regulation, process improvement, and mentoring pharmacy learners.

Aaron Webb, PharmD, MS

Aaron Webb directs operations and advancement of ambulatory pharmacy practice. He serves on the ASHP Sterile Products Task Force. Aaron's current projects and initiatives include implementation of centralized services, unit dose packaging systems, non-sterile compounding, sterile compounding, and clinic administered medication distribution. His research interests include pharmacy operations including automation and technology, sterile products, and process improvement.

Carrie Boeckelman's practice interests include community pharmacy practice and immunizations. She serves as the Co-Chair of the Community Pharmacy Practice Committee, Community Pharmacy Redesign Committee, and Immunization Program and Planning Committee. She is a member of PSW.

Kristin Harney, PharmD, MS

Kristin Harney's practice focus includes pharmacy automation, medication distribution, controlled substance management, and perioperative pharmacy services. She serves on the Vizient Quality Safety and Compliance Committee and is a member of ASHP and PSW. Her current projects include implementation and optimization of robotic unit dose dispensing automation, evaluation of medication distribution strategy, implementation and optimization of tray checking technology, improving safety in perioperative medication use through auto-verification and ADC dispensing, and incorporating visual management tools to improve achievement of productivity targets.

She is the Chair of the Drug Products Selection and Supply Committee and a member of ASHP. Her research interests include implementing technology and automation into operations to improve efficiency and safety.

Scott Knishka, BS Pharm, BCNP

Scott Knishka's practice interests includes nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, and cGMP radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. He serves as the Vice-Chair of the UW Health Human Radiation Use Committee and the Radiopharmaceutical Prioritization Committee. Scott is a member of the Theranostics Research Committee. He also works on the University of Wisconsin Executive Radiation Safety Committee, Campus Radiation Safety Committee, and Radioactive Drug Research Committee. He is on the William Middleton VA Hospital Radiation Safety Committee. He is an Editorial Board Member of Purdue University's Nuclear Pharmacist CE Program. He serves on several committees of the American Pharmacists Association Nuclear Pharmacy Special Interest Group and Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. His project and research interests include radiopharmaceutical development for GMP production for translational imaging and theranostics.

Mary Mably's practice interests include oncology pharmacy. She serves as the Chair of the Vizient Cancer Care Committee, HOPA Education Development Committee, UW Health Medication Safety Committee, and the PGY2 Residency Advisory Committee. Mary is a member of the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Template Panel. She is an ASHP Residency Accreditation Services Guest surveyor for PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Programs has previously served as the PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program DIrector for over a decade. Melissa Ngo's practice interests include ambulatory and community pharmacy. She is the Chair of the Community Pharmacy Practice Committee and serves on the Ambulatory Pharmacy Leadership Committee and HIV Clinical Services Committee. Melissa is a member of PSW and the Health Literacy of Wisconsin Advisory Council. Her current projects include medication adherence technology, optimization of community pharmacy practice, 340B program reporting standardization and optimization, remote dispensing expansion, health literacy improvement amongst community pharmacies. Her research interests include health literacy in community pharmacies, remote dispensing to optimize efficiency in community pharmacies, medication adherence and the role of community pharmacists

She serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Society of North America, is the Anticoagulation Stewardship Program Advisor for the Anticoagulation Forum, and is the VTE Care Transitions Workgroup Advisor for AMGA. Anne is on the ASHP Anticoagulation Certificate Faculty and is a member of the ASHP Anticoagulation Reversal MUE Workgroup. She is a member of the PICAT Conference Planning Committee and PSW. Her project and research interests include anticoagulation stewardship, anticoagulation reversal, atrial fibrillation, and venous thromboembolism treatment and prevention.
