Jason Bergsbaken's practice interest include oncology and leadership. He is the Secretary of the Chemotherapy Council (Oncology P&T Committee) and a member of the NCCN Antiemesis Panel. Jason is an Assistant Clinical Professor and the Course Coordinator for the UW School of Pharmacy Seminars in Oncology Pharmacy and Oncology Pharmacotherapy class. He is the past President of the UW Pharmacy Alumni Association (PAA) Board and past Chair of the ASHP BCOP Oversight Committee. He serves on the Scholarship Committee, Residency Advisory Committee, HOPA Pharmacy Directors Committee, and ASHP Emerging Sciences Section Advisory Group. His project and research focus includes optimization and extension of pharmacist-led oral chemotherapy management program, residency training, implementation of value-based oncology treatment, advancement of oncology pharmacy practice with regional affiliates and partner, expansion of pharmacist-led chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) management.

Mike Fallon's practice interests include hematology and bone and marrow transplant. He serves on the ECOG Leukemia Committee and the Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma Disease Orientated Teams. He is the Co-Chair of the Scholarship Committee. He is a member of the Protocol Review Monitoring Committee, Residency Advisory Committee, Pharmacy Practice Committee, and Informatics Committee. He is the Coordinator of the Hematology and Medical Oncology Oncology Fellowship Chemotherapy Course. He serves as a Peer Reviever for the Annals of Pharmacotherapy. His project and research interests include oncology genomics, high dose methotrexate, asparaginase safety and monitoring, and residency education.

Mary Mably's practice interests include oncology pharmacy. She serves as the Chair of the Vizient Cancer Care Committee, HOPA Education Development Committee, UW Health Medication Safety Committee, and the PGY2 Residency Advisory Committee. Mary is a member of the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Template Panel. She is an ASHP Residency Accreditation Services Guest surveyor for PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Programs has previously served as the PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program DIrector for over a decade. She supports the HSCT Quality Committee, Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, Patient Safety Committee, Oncology Practice Committee, RCA Subcommittee, Hazardous Drug Committee, Chemotherapy Review Council, Cancer Quality Committee, and the Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee. Jessica McKernan's practice interests include student and resident education, incorporation of pharmacists into specialized clinics, patient education, supportive care and GU, lung, and CNS malignancies. She serves on the NCODA Oral Chemotherapy Education committee and MET Crusaders lung cancer patient advocacy group. Her current research interests include expanding pharmacist-driven adverse effect management and oral chemotherapy education.

He serves on the UW Genitourinary Oncology Disease Orientated Team and lectures at the UW School of Pharmacy Oncology Course. His current projects include oral chemotherapy and immunotherapy outreach optimization and management and advancing oncology pharmacy clinical services and supportive care.

Cameron Ninos's practice interests include stem cell transplant. He is the Chair of the ASTCT Pharmacy SIG Education Committee. He is a content reviewer for Beyond Fundamentals of Cellular Therapy. He has provided community outreach on multiple myeloma. His project and research interests include vaccine adherence post stem cell transplant, pharmacist immunosuppression management in transplant recipients, and graft versus host disease management and supportive care.

Mike Reed's practice interests include hematology, bone marrow transplant, and informatics. He serves on the Vizient University Health System Consortium Pharmacy Network Cancer Care Committee and was a Founding Member of the PSW Informatics and Technology Advisory Group. He supports multiple ASHP and NCCN committees. His project and research interests include improving BMT pharmacy practice, EHR optimization for pharmacists, pharmacy monitoring and documentation, adaptive decision support, medication reconciliation, organizational structures and team dynamics, pharmacy management of oncology patient care locally and in patient homes, resident and employee wellbeing and resilience including study of EHR effects on wellbeing, pharmacogenomics, and expansion of pharmacist specialty practice.
