Ryan Anderson's practice focus includes internal medicine, lung transplant, pulmonary arterial hypertension, and cystic fibrosis. He is the PGY-2 internal medicine coordinator. He serves on the PGY-2 Residency Advisory Committee. His research focus includes internal medicine and pulmonology.

Rachel Ives' practice focus includes internal medicine, advanced pulmonary, lung transplant, and cardiology. She serves as a PGY2 Internal Medicine Program resident mentor and a PGY1 Pharmacy residency preceptor.

Mitchel Love's practice interests include rehabilitation medicine.

Jacqueline Mathison's practice interests include communty hospital medicine.

Kristin Niemi's practice interests include internal medicine and student and resident education. Her project and research interests include transitions of care, improving safety and efficiency of the discharge process with pharmacist pended medications, and cirrhosis.

Cameron Patterson practice focus includes anticoagulation. He serves as the UW Health Pharmacy Practice Anticoagulation Subcommittee Co-Chair

Anne Rose's practice interests include anticoagulation stewardship. She serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Society of North America, is the Anticoagulation Stewardship Program Advisor for the Anticoagulation Forum, and is the VTE Care Transitions Workgroup Advisor for AMGA. Anne is on the ASHP Anticoagulation Certificate Faculty and is a member of the ASHP Anticoagulation Reversal MUE Workgroup. She is a member of the PICAT Conference Planning Committee and PSW. Her project and research interests include anticoagulation stewardship, anticoagulation reversal, atrial fibrillation, and venous thromboembolism treatment and prevention.

Rebecca Schuman's practice interests include internal medicine.

She is a peer reviewer for ACCP and PSW, a UW Health Advancement Review Council member, and a Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties field tester. She is also a member of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy—Anticoagulation Subcommitee.
