Zoom's Whiteboard now includes AI features, which is a new way to work together visually within Zoom Workplace. This tool is great for faculty, staff, and students who need to plan, share ideas, and organize their work quickly. -
New Zoom Minimum Version Requirement Effective March 31, 2026

Effective March 31, 2026 the minimum version requirement for the Zoom computer and mobile application will be updated from 6.3.10 to 6.6.0. The web application will not be impacted. All UW-Madison Zoom accounts and individuals attending UW-Madison hosted Zoom meetings will be required to use version 6.6.0 or later. -
Update to UW-Madison Zoom Account Login Security Settings

On August 3, 2025, a new login security setting will be enabled for all UW-Madison Zoom accounts.
