Customers in the following departments may not have DS Contract Partner flags in WiscIT at this time and receive specific services from DS. Customers who are not flagged will need to identify which contract they belong to. Once you have identified the appropriate support contract, during CPS business hours, log the case and transfer the customer. See DoIT Departmental Tech Support - Handling Information (Contract Partners). If it is urgent, use the call tree below to get a hold of a DS Manager.
