She is a member of the PSW DEI and Ambulatory Anticoagulation Committees. She is a past Secretary and Treasurer of the ACCP Pain and Palliative Care Practice Research Network. She was selected to attend the Decker-Temple Pharmacy Leadership Conference. Her project and research interests include periprocedural anticoagulation, DOAC anticoagulation, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Luiza Brenny's practice interests include geriatrics and primary care. She serves on the Scholarship Committee and Inpatient Pharmacy Practice Committee. She is a member of ASHP. Her project and research interests include developing new geriatrics pharmacist positions within home-based primary care and long-term care facilities, transitions-of-care, geriatrics, and primary care.

Wendy Bzdusek's practice interests include improving access to medications, advancement of pharmacy care in the ambulatory setting, and team-based care. She serves on the Community Pharmacy Practice Subcommittee.

Julie Cable's practice focus is primary care. She is an expert member of UW Health Diabetes Guideline Review panel. Her project and research interests focus on diabetes management and incorporating continuous glucose monitoring into primary care.

Catherine Decker's practice focus includes pulmonary hypertension, adult cystic fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, and teaching certification. She serves as a UW School of Pharmacy instructor and lecturer. She is a Wisconsin PA Medicaid Advisory Board member. Her projects include development of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association Registry (PHAR).

Laura Garbacz's practice interests include ambulatory care. She serves on the Community Pharmacy Redesign Committee.

Kate Hartkopf's practice interests include ambulatory pharmacy and leadership. She is an ASHP Guest Surveyor for PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Residency Programs and is on the Ambulatory Care Advisory Board of PSW. Kate serves on the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy Assessments Committee and is a member of the Dane County Care Transitions Coalition. Her current projects include evaluation of the impact of pharmacists in primary care and program dashboard refinement, identification and implementation of pharmacy technician roles in ambulatory care clinics, and development of infrastructure for regular communication across specialty services (PA teams, clinic pharmacists, specialty mail service pharmacists and technicians). Her research Interests include training and development, implementation and advancement of pharmacist services in the ambulatory care setting, and patient education principles.

Lisa Hawk's practice interests include epilepsy and multiple sclerosis. Her project and research interests include pharmacist driven antiseizure cross titration protocol, multiple sclerosis shared decision making service implementation, and high dose oral methylprednisolone for multiple sclerosis relapse.

Kristina Heimerl's practice interests include primary care. Her project and research interests include transitions of care, team-based care, and de-prescribing.

Abigail Johnson's practice interests include anticoagulation.

Rebecca Lauscher's practice focus is epilepsy, MS, anticoagulation, and primary care. She is the PSW Director at Large for the Senior and LTC Board. She serves as a liason to the PSW Education Programming Committee. She is a member of ASHP.

Joel MacMillan's practice interests include community pharmacy.

Kayla McGowan's practice focus is primary care. She is a member or PSW. Her professional interests include participation in Neighbors Helping Neighbors.

Annmae Minichiello's pracitice focus includes primary care and outpatient community pharmacy. Her professional activities include serving as a UW Wellness Champion and Secretary of the Community Pharmacy Redesign Committee. She is also involved in the American Health Association and Circle of Red. Her research interests include wellness for healthcare professionals. She additionally has worked on developing antiracism policy. She is an Albert Schweitzer Fellowship Fellow for Life.

Cody Moriearty's practice interests include ambulatory care, community pharmacy, medication adherence, and immunization services. He serves on the Community Pharmacy Practice Committee and Advancement Review Council. He is a member of ASHP. His project and research interests include expanding clinical roles and services within community pharmacy.

Shelly Van Note's practice interests include anticoagulation and diabetes.

April Weaver's practice interests include hypertension, diabetes, medication coordination and management, epilepsy, and multiple sclerosis. She serves as a mentor for pharmacy students interested in ambulatory care. She has previously worked with the MEDiC clinic program to mentor pharmacy and medical students participating in care of underserved patient populations.

Hannah Whittemore's practice interests include ambulatory care.

Tim Yeh's practice interests include ambulatory care. His project and research interests include medication optimization in diabetes, hypertension, COPD and asthma, and anticoagulation.

Kristina Yokes' practice focus includes transitions of care, anticoagulation, and primary care. She is a Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin member, Anticoagulation Forum member, JPSW reviewer and article contributor, and UW Hypertension Guideline workgroup member. Her research focus includes development and advancement of pharmacist services in the ambulatory care setting, quality improvement in anticoagulation and transitions of care for patients with COPD.
