A person's biological or reassigned sex as printed on legal documents:

• F - Female
• M - Male
• U - Unknown
• X - Another legal sex

As a note, while SIS uses the term gender in reference to these values, they actually are sex values. Gender values would be man, woman, non-binary etc. To stay inline with SIS and minimize confusion between the two systems, WiSH refers to the field as gender instead of sex.
