Why UW? I chose UW Health because of the high level of pharmacy practice embedded within the residency program. I was looking for a program that would not only afford me the opportunity to explore my interests, but also one that would challenge me to develop my strengths and work on my weaknesses. I was confident UW would provide me the tools I needed to grow and succeed as a critical care pharmacist given the opportunity to train in a tertiary care Level 1 Trauma Center alongside pharmacists who are experts in their field.
