Why UW? I chose UW Health for my PGY2 in solid organ transplant because I knew that the program would push me to become a confident, independent transplant pharmacist. The program is built around supporting residents and making sure they have the skills needed to approach any problem they may face in the future. UW has so many opportunities to grow as a learner in solid organ transplant with pharmacist preceptors who are leaders in the field and actively contributing to improving patient care.
