Why UW? I chose UW Health because it is a renowned medical center that values innovation and research. Joining the residency program allowed me to participate in meaningful research projects aligned with my interests, refine my project management abilities, and gain expertise in quality improvement. Additionally, the opportunity to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care appealed to me, as the decentralized staffing model promoted autonomy and challenged me to excel within my professional capacity.
