Hobbies: Rollerblading, Biking, Cross-country skiing, Playing the piano, Watercolor painting, and singing in a choir
Why UW?  I chose the PGY1 Residency at UW Health because the program offers strong training in both clinical work and leadership, allowing me to grow into a well-rounded pharmacist. UW Health is a respected, top ranked academic medical center known for excellent teaching and supportive mentors. I value that pharmacists here play a vital role on the healthcare team and are trusted to make important clinical decisions. The program also gives me the opportunity to become an ambitious leader in ambulatory care pharmacy who can drive service expansion across the health system. I am especially inspired by the culture of continuous innovation in their clinics, where new ideas and patient centered approaches are regularly implemented. This residency will help me develop the skills I need to become a pharmacy leader and improve patient care.
